Shipping Policy

CW Print Co ships all orders from Iowa via USPS.

Processing Time
Every item is made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be created before it ships. This processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on USPS standard shipping and your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been picked up and scanned by USPS, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit. These issues are outside of our control once the order leaves our hands.

Product Issues
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, please reach out to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to make it right.
